Annual Maintenance Contract
WE ARE OFFERING AMC 2500* ONWARDS FOR DESKTOP & 6000* ONWARDS FOR LAPTOP.
TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY.
We undertake annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for the products supplied or maintained by the company of its associates.
The contract and other details differ from one product to other and its longevity. The contract details can be obtained on
request from the company.
We have well-qualified team which has sound experience in this field. The customers shall avail the supply,
installation and training support for their peripheral requirements. This includes accessories and consumables.
We undertake all type of comprehensive and non-comprehensive annual maintenance contracts for all branded and unbranded products.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The system should be in working condition at the time of execution of the contract. We shall check the system before entering into contract. If is not in working condition, It will be rectified and charged separately.
2. The maintenance contract will cover maintaining the systems with servicing once in every month and rectification of the system in case of problem.
3. The No. of preventive calls will be 12 per year viz. once in every month and ultimate Emergency calls are also allowed. During preventive calls we will check the performance of system and ensure the system operation as per performance specification. Any rectification also will be carried out.
4. This is only maintenance contract for hardware. We are not responsible for the Software’s & data. If any replacement / rectification are necessary the same or equivalent will be undertaken as described in clause (3) and charged to your account.
5. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) charges: 2500* onwards.
6. Contract Period: One year from the contract period.
7. The AMC becomes operative from the date of receipt of payment within the validity period of AMC terms along with a copy duly signed and accepted by you.
8. You shall give preliminary information about the problem to enable our service engineer to carry the required spares and components.
9. Unskilled labor shall be provided by the customer as and when require for shifting, loading & unloading.
10. The Contract becomes invalid if any damages to the equipment arise due to customer's abuse of equipment.
11. You will not relocate the equipment as this agreement is only in respect of present site of the equipment. Unless otherwise mutually agreed prior to relocating. However this agreement does not cover charges for relocating.
12. This contract is subject to force major circumstances and subject to Chennai jurisdictions only.
13. This contract is subject to renewal on mutually agreed terms and prices.
